We all like Adventure, right? Adventure keeps the heart pumping and your mind racing…

“Distraction/ Rabbit Hole’s” Imagine if you went down the rabbit hole…you saw the rabbit hole coming, in those split seconds your back to a familiar place…

A smell you always liked. The feeling of the fabric, it feels so soft…The Rabbit Hole you picked, seems crazy but you have been here before…

How could a rabbit hole seem so second nature. Think 🤔 about this for a moment. I must have roots in this Rabbit Hole ? “Distractions like this rabbit hole we picked, this could set you off your true path for part of your life “

I see a Old Home in the distance. The home reminds me of something, it’s not a good feeling. As I slowly come to the front door many voices “come on in Freeman, doors always open Brother”

The doors open, food on the table, this is my place. It felt warm as if I grew up here, well it felt like home once I walked inside. The place was a lot bigger than it looked outside.

This Rabbit Hole is our daily distraction. Waiting to pull you away from your family and dreams in life. Being sidetracked and taken off your path is painful

Love:“If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That’s to prevent anyone from confusing God’s incomparable power with us. As it is, there’s not much chance of that. You know for yourselves that we’re not much to look at. We’ve been surrounded and battered by troubles, but we’re not demoralized; we’re not sure what to do, but we know that God knows what to do; we’ve been spiritually terrorized, but God hasn’t left our side; we’ve been thrown down, but we haven’t broken. What they did to Jesus, they do to us—trial and torture, mockery and murder; what Jesus did among them, he does in us—he lives! Our lives are at constant risk for Jesus’ sake, which makes Jesus’ life all the more evident in us. While we’re going through the worst, you’re getting in on the best!”

Never Doubt the Light

Read today’s verse.

Regardless of your circumstances and how you feel, hang on to God’s unchanging character.

2 Corinthians 1:12 says, “Now that the worst is over, we’re pleased we can report that we’ve come out of this with conscience and faith intact, and can face the world — and even more importantly, face you with our heads held high. But it wasn’t by any fancy footwork on our part. It was God who kept us focused on him, uncompromised.”

Your circumstances cannot change the character of God. God’s grace is still in full force; he is still for you, even when you don’t feel it.

Remind yourself what you know to be eternally true about God: He is good, he loves you, he is with you, he knows what you’re going through, he cares, and he has a good plan for your life.

Raymond Edman, one of Billy Graham’s mentors, once said, “Never doubt in the dark what God told you in the light.”

So, what has God told you in the light that you now doubt in the dark? Why do you think you doubt God now? Remember, your circumstances cannot change the character of God.
